Deputy General Manager of Finance (Relocation considered within GCC)

A senior finance leadership opportunity with responsibility for multi-country finance operations, reporting, governance, transformation, and shared services across the GCC and wider MENA region.

Note : Relocation is considered if you have working experience into GCC region for retail industry especially into consumer electronics and relocation benefits also provided.

• 16+ years of relevant finance leadership experience, ideally within retail, distribution, e-commerce, consumer electronics, or related industries.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial modelling across multiple countries and business units.
• Oversee group financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and accounting governance.
• Manage finance operations delivered through an offshore Shared Service Center, covering AP, AR, payroll accounting, GL, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Drive finance transformation, process automation, digitisation, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and standardisation.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, Zakat/local tax requirements, statutory regulations, and audit requirements across relevant markets.
• Lead treasury, cash-flow forecasting, working capital, banking relationships, funding requirements, financial risk management, and internal controls.
• Manage internal/external audits, tax advisors, auditors, banks, regulators, business heads, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Lead and develop multi-country finance teams and Shared Service Center teams, driving performance, accountability, capability building, and operational excellence.

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration preferred, with CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred; SAP and finance
