Job Description Lead the UC UXE team responsible for the design, development, testing, and delivery of user interfaces across web and mobile applications. Own end-to-end feature delivery, product quality, release readiness, and team development while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of software and test engineers. Own end-to-end delivery of UI features, from design through deployment. Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, automation, CI/CD, and code quality standards. Establish a "Dev Owns Quality" culture with strong emphasis on test automation and defect prevention. Partner with Product Management, UX Design, Architecture, and Platform teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Ensure releases meet functional, performance, security, and usability requirements. Manage team performance, talent development, hiring, and succession planning. Basic Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership. Experience leading both development and test teams. Strong knowledge of modern UI technologies, automated testing, Agile development, and CI/CD practices. Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products.
