The UNICEF Strategy for Digital Impact outlines a plan to leverage the digital world to advocate for every child's rights, well-being, and empowerment through four key areas: Digital Empowerment (DE), Digital Guardrails (DG), Digital Foundations (DF), and Strategic Enablers (SE). ICT Associates perform procedural and some specialized activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems, which include desktop administration connectivity, and server operations. Specialized activities typically pertain to the installation and routine configuration of ICT system components and user orientation. Procedural activities include all other processes that may not require the application of specialized information technology training and knowledge, such as maintaining technical and user documentation and/or serving as focal point for receipt and processing of user requests. Work Experience : At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, IT support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, identity and access management, business continuity, incident management, service desk, audio visual support, IT project management. and any other related fields. Skills : Technical Support, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Incident Management, IT Service Management. Language Requirements : English/Uzbek - Proficient/Fluent, Russian - Intermediate/Fluent Desirables Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish) Professional courses / university courses in information technology Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
