About The Role

We're hiring Estonian & English-speaking Solutions Consultants to join a global customer care team supporting Google products such as Google Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.
In this customer-facing role, you'll resolve non-technical issues and provide friendly, efficient support via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the voice that makes users feel heard, helped, and supported — every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care for various Google digital services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Handle communication across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Guide users through account-related questions and minor troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
