• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, market partners and key stakeholders.
• Represent the business within the wider insurance market and at industry events.
• Ensure robust regulatory compliance, governance and risk management standards.

• A proven track record of leading and developing successful teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.
• A strong understanding of regulatory and governance requirements.
• ACII qualification.
