Director of Mental Health Program

Description Salary: up to $97,000 / year based upon experience $5000 sign-on bonus Relocation bonus may be approved if needed Location: Peru, IN On site working M-F, 8-5 pm (no weekends, no on call, 7 paid holidays off) Patient Population: Older adults ages 65 and above Ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, specifically in program development, management, and community outreach Responsibilities: Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, nurse, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
