POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Director, Procurement leads and owns all procurement and purchasing activities at DrinkPAK. This role is responsible for developing and executing a procurement strategy that supports cost-effective sourcing, operational continuity, and long-term business growth. The position sits within the Supply Chain organization and partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive supplier performance, manage supply risk, and build procurement capability across the organization. LOCATION: The position can be based at either DrinkPAK’s Headquarters in Santa Clarita, California, or our Fort Worth, Texas facility. TYPE: Full Time; Salaried / Exempt. ​ RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational and business objectives Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply assurance across the supply base Ensure accuracy and integrity of purchasing, inventory, and vendor master data in SAP S/4HANA Establish and maintain procurement policies, controls, and standard operating procedures Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor market and commodity trends and proactively manage supply chain risk Build, lead, and develop a high-performing procurement team Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice. ​ QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field At least 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or CPG, preferably in beverage or food Demonstrated experience owning and leading enterprise-wide procurement functions Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost and supply performance results Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment OUR VALUES Our company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and is frequently required to sit. Base Salary Compensation Range : $170,000 - 200,000
