District Manager / Store Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure product quality, service standards, and sales targets are met.

• Develop and implement store operation SOPs and monitor execution.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to improve team efficiency.

• Analyze sales data and develop promotional campaigns and operational improvements.

• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain brand reputation.

• Assist with new store setup, opening, and operational guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of frontline experience in bubble tea, beverage, or F&B industry (e.g., barista, store supervisor, or store manager).

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• Willing to travel or work across different store locations when needed.

• Proficient in basic office software; data analysis skills are a plus.

• Fluent Mandarin is a preferred qualification.
