Division Program Mgt Analyst, Enterprise Talent Initiatives - Division of Supervision & Regulation - R025823 Primary Location : DC-Washington Employee Status : Regular Overtime Status : Exempt Job Type : Standard Work Shift : 1st Shift Relocation Provided : Yes Compensation Grade Low : FR PAY GRADE 23 Compensation Grade High : FR PAY GRADE 24 Minimum Salary : $82,000.00 Maximum Salary : $122,500 Posting Date : Sep 3, 2026 Position Description Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum Experience 1 Summary The analyst is responsible for performing a range of program management duties, including coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, conducting analyses, and collaborating in developing, implementing, and maintaining operation of programs for division management and employees on focus areas and functions and/or other areas as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Assists in the coordination of the development, approval, implementation, and analysis of on-going programs; helps to ensure program meets its stated objectives; expected to develop subject matter expertise in response to day May research and assist in designing new methods of addressing issues supporting priorities throughout the division. Expected to develop and exercise some subject matter expertise to facilitate discussions and coordinate and communicate verbally and in writing with internal and possibly external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Collaborates on the development of action plans, tracks the status of projects, may assist in identifying problems and resolving issues for operational and management-related initiatives undertaken by the division. May serve as a liaison with other divisions on initiatives that need to be coordinated more broadly. Clearly communicates assignments, expectations, required results and current status, verbally and in writing, to project team members, project sponsors and stakeholders. Keeps project team well informed of changes. May develop, implement, and maintain a communications plan to inform staff and other stakeholders about initiatives and their results. Participates in planning and preparing agendas for meetings, takes and distributes meeting minutes, maintainsdocumentation and records, and coordinates administrative matters. Collaborates on the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and related briefing materials for senior management. May help coordinate the division responses to requests directed to the division. This includes analyzing requests, identifying the appropriate subject matter expert to draft a response, coordinating drafts involving multiple parties (including senior officers and staff), tracking progress, and helping resolving issues to meet deadlines. Supports efforts related to the management of guidelines, procedures, and systems to address issues or problems Consults management and staff in the development of communications strategies, programs, and initiatives for the Division and in support of other Board divisions. May participate in efforts to assess needs, support survey activities, plans focus groups, and participates in the analysis of results. Works with staff and leaders to draft messages associated with focus areas. Researches and trains in applicable subject matter practices and learns about industry trends. Position Requirements Summary: This position will support a variety of projects and initiatives within the Division of Supervision & Regulation's Enterprise Talent Initiatives function, on the Talent Strategy team. This function partners with S&R leaders within the Federal Reserve System to develop talent strategies for the Supervision national business line, lead the execution of learning and development programs, and strengthen organizational capability and culture. The selected candidate will work across multiple portfolios providing support to senior Program Management Analysts. Requirements: FR-23: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or another related field of study and 1 year of relevant experience OR a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or another related field of study FR-24: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or another related field of study and 3 years of relevant experience Desired Competencies/Capabilities: Agility, flexibility and adaptability – someone who enjoys juggling multiple assignments, is not deterred in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty, and is energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Action-oriented – someone who can assess situations quickly, understand what is needed, take initiative, and begin contributing using their best independent judgment. Strong communications skills- written and oral presentation Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint Experience working in Canva or Adobe Demonstrated knowledge of survey design and development principles Experience supporting learning, development, or related talent initiatives is a plus. AI related expertise- writing prompts, developing agents or bots is a plus. Notes: This position requires an on-site presence in Washington, DC. The expected salary range for this role is $82,000- $122,500. Final offers are determined by experience and education, as well as internal and external factors.
