As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) serving as our Driver/Central Supply Coordinator , you'll provide compassionate transportation for residents and support their care during appointments, as well as ensure our nursing team has the essential supplies needed to deliver outstanding care. Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy visits, and other approved destinations using the facility vehicle. Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while providing compassionate, courteous service. Complete vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance concerns. Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers. Receive, organize, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies throughout the building. Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages. Maintain clean, organized storage areas and ensure supplies are readily available for staff. Assist with shipping, receiving, and other operational tasks as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Valid STNA License in Ohio Ability to safely operate a passenger van. Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, transportation, or inventory management is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to residents and staff.
