We’re hiring a Dual General Manager to join and lead our teams at two of our Hilton brand hotels. As Dual GM, you will be leading two dynamic teams for sister properties: Homewood Suites, Montgomery E and Hilton Garden Inn, Montgomery E. What You’ll Do As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading all hotel operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets Building and mentoring high-performing teams Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and policies Driving guest satisfaction metrics and continuous improvement Partnering across departments for seamless daily operations What You Bring Bachelors in hospitality or business (or equivalent experience) 5+ years as a Dual GM or Dual Assistant GM at a Hilton hotel HIGHLY PREFERRED. Must have working knowledge of PEP and Quore. Experience with Profitsword is highly perferred. Proven success in managing hotel budgets, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Familiarity with Hilton systems and Microsoft Office Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe great work deserves great rewards.
