Dutch Speaking Content Presenter (on-site)

We are looking for energetic, engaging Dutch speakers to serve as the lead hosts for live digital broadcasts based in downtown Madrid. As an interactive broadcast host, you will deliver high-energy entertainment while serving as a key brand representative. Working from a cutting-edge studio, you will present live Dutch broadcasts and connect directly with an international audience. Key Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Media Host, your main day-to-day duties include: On-Air Hosting: Delivering lively, fast-paced live streams with a polished, high-energy screen presence. Audience Interaction: Chatting with live viewers to build an inviting digital environment and improve viewer loyalty. Professional Appearance: Keeping up immaculate personal grooming, poise, and presentation standards while on air. Compliance Standards: Following strict operating procedures to guarantee total accuracy, fairness, and transparency during all streams. Studio Collaboration: Working closely with tech crews and floor managers to deliver smooth, high-quality broadcasts. Pay & Performance Incentives Our pay structure is designed to recognize both your fluent Dutch skills and your delivery quality: Base Pay: A reliable base salary of €1,500 monthly. Language Pay: An extra €4.00 per hour during live broadcast sessions. Quality Incentive: Up to €3.00 per hour extra depending on presentation quality and operational metrics. Night Shift Extra: A 20% pay increase for any work completed between 22:55 and 08:00. Overall Earning Potential: Total gross earnings usually fall between €1,850 and €2,100 per month for a standard 40-hour work week. Moving & Relocation Support We take care of the details of relocating to Spain so you can focus on launch day: Travel Included: Covered airfare to Madrid (or high-speed train tickets if moving from within Spain). Temporary Housing: 25 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival to help you settle in smoothly. Relocation Allowance: A €1,500 cash payment to help cover setup costs and initial moving expenses. Paperwork Assistance: Direct support from our HR team to obtain your Spanish NIE tax number, set up Social Security, and open a local bank account. Training & Contract Details Permanent Contract: An open-ended (indefinite) contract starting on day one. Host Training: A thorough two-week onboarding course covering camera performance, broadcast techniques, and compliance rules. Work Schedule: A stable 35-hour week with a rotating roster released two weeks in advance, making it easy to plan your free time.
