About the role As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products. You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.
