Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Resolve issues related to online purchases.
• Support external sellers using the platform.
• Provide information about digital products and services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English (C1).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
• Valid EU Passport.
• Clean Criminal Record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
