Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist in Malta

You will become a product expert and act as a key contact point for customers, gaining insight into the operational backbone of a global iGaming business. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, live chat, and email Manage withdrawals and payment-related questions Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence Perform security and transaction checks on customer accounts Collaborate closely with payments, fraud, and compliance teams Analyse customer trends and contribute to internal process improvements Take ownership of cases from start to resolution Contribute to KPIs and service level targets Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English Previous customer service experience (required) Strong organisational and analytical skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working shifts Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Career Growth Opportunities Malta’s iGaming sector is known for strong internal mobility and structured development programmes.
