Role SummaryEmpower high-potential businesses across the Netherlands to scale using Google Ads. Operating out of our seaside Barcelona office, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping new clients launch successfully, driving platform adoption, curbing churn, and cultivating lasting partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

Account Onboarding: Introduce new advertisers to the platform and co-develop high-impact digital strategies.
Consultative Guidance: Pitch tailored advertising solutions directly to key company decision-makers.
Optimization & Growth: Build, test, and refine ad copy, audience segments, and landing page conversions.
Data & Analytics: Track core metrics, interpret campaign trends, and deliver actionable insights to boost client returns.
CRM & Outreach: Maintain steady daily client touchpoints while keeping internal databases updated.
Market Insights: Feed regional trends and client feedback back to internal teams to sharpen overall strategy.

Candidate Profile

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native Dutch (C1–C2 level) alongside fluent English skills.
Professional Background: Practical experience in account management, consultative sales, and CRM platforms.
Regional Insight: Strong grasp of Dutch corporate culture, market dynamics, and GDPR guidelines.
