We are a specialized recruitment agency hiring on behalf of TP for an international Google Ads project in Barcelona. We are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking sales and marketing professional who can onboard new clients, build strong business relationships, and identify opportunities to increase advertising performance and revenue.
The Role:
As a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses in the Dutch market. You will onboard new clients, understand their business objectives, and help them develop effective, results-driven PPC campaigns.
Your goal is to increase product adoption, minimize customer churn, identify upselling opportunities, and help clients achieve sustainable growth through Google Ads.
This is a target-driven sales role that includes outbound calls, portfolio management, campaign consultation, and continuous work towards individual and team KPIs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Onboard new Dutch-speaking business clients
- Understand clients' objectives and develop suitable Google Ads strategies
- Advise businesses on results-oriented PPC campaigns
- Conduct outbound sales calls and convince prospective clients
- Increase advertising spend through relevant upselling opportunities
- Identify high-potential businesses and possible future unicorns
- Manage a large portfolio of existing and prospective clients
- Maintain complete and accurate information in the customer database and CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Respond to client questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Reduce churn by improving client satisfaction and product adoption
- Monitor campaign objectives and identify optimization opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Ensure outreach complies with GDPR and applicable data protection requirements
Requirements:
- Dutch at C2 or native level
- High level of written and spoken English
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market, business culture, and communication style
- Confidence conducting outbound sales calls
- Ability to persuade clients and clearly explain complex solutions
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and PPC campaigns
- Ability to discuss campaign performance, integration, and ROI with sophisticated clients
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage numerous accounts and potential clients
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Regular use of AI tools to analyze insights and personalize client outreach
- Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with an international team
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- A master's degree in Marketing or Communications is considered an advantage

- Base salary: €23,876.19 gross per year
- Performance bonus: Up to €3,407.56 gross per year
- Maximum annual earning potential: €27,283.75 gross
- Average monthly equivalent of the base salary: Approximately €1,989.68 gross

Important Salary Information:
The monthly figures are mathematical averages based on the annual salary divided by twelve. The actual monthly payslip may differ depending on whether the annual salary is distributed across 12 or 14 payments and how the performance bonus is calculated and paid.
