Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative

Join our Business Development team and be the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA. You'll identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions via outbound calls and emails. Responsibilities: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. Consolidate and build the customer base. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies. Handle customer needs and inquiries. What we are looking for: Language skills: proficient level of Dutch (French as a plus) with good English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Benelux market. 20 months sales experience is preferred. Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight. CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
