Job responsibilities Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2 to 5 Design and implement playful, age-appropriate learning experiences that support social, emotional, and early cognitive development Foster positive relationships with children and communicate warmly and effectively with parents Work alongside class teachers to support daily routines, classroom management, and learning activities Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 – 16:30 Experience in early childhood education, preferably with toddlers A patient, creative, and responsive teaching style Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 20,000 to 22,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualifications Housing provided Expat high-end medical insurance Visa transfer support provided 1-year contract, renewable based on performance and school development
