Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking experienced and passionate EYFS Teachers to join our dynamic, high-performing team from August 2026.

Al Rabeeh Academy is a modern, purpose-built campus with well-equipped classrooms, specialist science and ICT labs, art and music rooms, and a spacious library. What We're Looking For
We are seeking EYFS teachers who can:
- Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
- Create a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love of learning.
- Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
- Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
- Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants must:
- Be a fluent English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
