Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ Electrical Spacecraft Technicians (Associate, Mid-Level & Senior) Location: Kennedy Space Center, FL Join the Team Supporting NASA's Orion Program ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is hiring Spacecraft Technicians at the Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to support NASA's Orion Program at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. Whether you're an experienced aerospace professional or an early-career technician looking to launch your career, you'll play a critical role in assembling, integrating, testing, and maintaining the spacecraft that will carry astronauts to the Moon and beyond. Interested in relocating to Florida? Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. What You'll Do Assemble, integrate, and test spacecraft electrical and mechanical systems. Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks supporting production, development, and prototype hardware. Fabricate, test, and install electrical harnesses and mechanical components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Use standard electrical and mechanical assembly tools and test equipment. Perform troubleshooting, modifications, rework, and quality testing. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure mission success. Maintain accurate production documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with specialized technical training, technical associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience requirements vary by level: Associate : 0–2 years Mid-Level: 3–5 years Senior : 5+ years Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, electronics, mechanical assembly, or a related technical field. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. Experience with harness fabrication, testing, and installation is a plus. Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is a plus. U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to successfully complete a government background investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Why Join ASRC Federal?
