Elektrik bakım, teknik servis, test ve denetim hizmetleri başta olmak üzere farklı sektörlerde ve çeşitli teknik projelerde faaliyet gösteren ekibimizin bir parçası olacak Elektrik Bakım Teknisyenleri arıyoruz.
Dresden’de faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli bir süt ürünleri üretim tesisinde uzun vadeli ve istikrarlı bir projede görev alarak, Almanya’da güvenli ve sürdürülebilir bir kariyer inşa etme fırsatı sunuyoruz.
Görev Tanımı
- Üretim tesisleri ve konveyör (taşıma) sistemlerinin sorunsuz çalışmasını sağlamak
- Üretim makinelerinde planlı bakım, onarım ve arıza giderme çalışmalarını yürütmek
- Vardiyalı çalışma sistemi içerisinde teknik destek sağlamak
- Bakım ve onarım süreçleri için gerekli yedek parça ihtiyaçlarını ekip lideri ile birlikte belirlemek
- Gerçekleştirilen bakım ve onarım çalışmalarını vardiya kayıtlarına düzenli olarak dokümante etmek
- Tekrarlayan arızaları ve potansiyel sorunlu noktaları tespit ederek ekip lideri ile paylaşmak
Çalışma sistemi:
5 gün çalışma – 2 gün izin (sabah / akşam / gece vardiyası haftalık dönüşümlü)
Aranan Nitelikler
- Elektrik, Endüstriyel Elektrik, Otomasyon, Mekatronik veya benzeri teknik alanlarda tamamlanmış mesleki eğitim
- Üretim tesislerinde kullanılan makineler ile konveyör / taşıma sistemlerinin bakım ve arıza giderme süreçlerinde deneyim
- Tercihen otomasyonlu üretim makineleri, dolum / paketleme hatları veya benzeri endüstriyel tesislerde çalışma deneyimi
- Teknik arıza tespiti ve problem çözme konusunda temel bilgi ve deneyim
- Sorumluluk sahibi, dikkatli, ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve kalite odaklı olmak
- B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip olmak avantajdır
Dil ve Denklik Belgesi Şartı:
- Almanca en az B1 seviyesi (Goethe, ÖSD, TestDaF, ECL veya DSD sertifikası – ALTE uyumlu). *Başvuru sürecinde bu sertifikalardan biri talep edilecektir.
- IHK FOSA veya ZAB tarafından düzenlenmiş denklik belgesine sahip olmak veya ilgili denklik süreci içerisinde bulunmak.

Denklik (Anerkennung) Şartı
- Adayların eğitim durumuna göre IHK FOSA veya ZAB tarafından düzenlenmiş denklik belgesine sahip olmaları veya ilgili denklik sürecini başlatmış olmaları gerekmektedir.
- Hangi kurumun yetkili olduğu eğitim geçmişine göre değişmektedir. Başvuru öncesinde Anerkennung in Deutschland portalı üzerinden kontrol edilmesi tavsiye edilir.

Maintenance Electrician (Elektriker für Instandhaltung) – Dresden, Germany
PEP Service GmbH, based in Germany, is a strong and well-established company operating technical service activities at more than 2,100 locations throughout Germany. We are looking for Maintenance Electricians who will become part of our team, which operates in various sectors and technical projects, primarily in electrical maintenance, technical service, testing, and inspection services.
We offer the opportunity to build a secure and sustainable career in Germany by working on a long-term and stable project at a large-scale dairy production facility operating in Dresden.
Job Description
- Ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities and conveyor (transport) systems
- Carrying out preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities on production machinery
- Providing technical support within a shift-working system
- Determining spare part requirements for maintenance and repair processes together with the team leader
- Regularly documenting completed maintenance and repair activities in shift records
- Identifying recurring faults and potential problem areas and reporting them to the team leader
Working Schedule:
5 working days – 2 days off (morning / evening / night shifts rotating weekly)
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training/education in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical Systems, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and conveyor/transport systems used in production facilities
- Preferably experience working with automated production machinery, filling/packaging lines, or similar industrial facilities
- Basic knowledge and experience in technical fault diagnosis and problem-solving
- Responsible, attentive, team-oriented, and quality-focused
- Class B driving licence is an advantage
Language and Recognition Certificate Requirement:
- German language skills at a minimum B1 level (Goethe, telc, ÖSD, TestDaF, ECL, or DSD certificate – ALTE compliant). One of these certificates will be requested during the application process.
- Possession of a recognition certificate issued by IHK FOSA or ZAB, or currently being in the relevant recognition process.
