The Role Eli ships a regulated physical product across borders and is scaling fast. The SCM & Fulfillment Lead owns everything between Eli's suppliers and its customers' doorsteps — sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment — including the complexity of Canada-to-US cross-border shipping and customs. This is an individual contributor role today, with a clear pathway to build and lead the full operations function over time.
