Odysseus Space is looking for a full-time embedded software engineer, who will help Odysseus Space to achieve its goal of building the orbital data grid. The engineer will join our headquarters in Luxembourg and be part of the embedded software department.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Master’s degree in software engineering or equivalent.
Experience in C/C++ for bare-metal and OS-hosted applications.
Experience with real time operating systems.
Experience in fast prototyping and testing
Familiar with Linux-based environments
Excellent verbal & written communicator in English, with great interpersonal skills.
Citizenship from a member state from EU/ NATO.
Responsibilities
Developing, debugging, testing, and verification of laser systems embedded software, in interaction with the rest of the team and in direct supervision of a senior engineer.
Development, debugging, testing and validation of software ground support equipment.
Participate in the development of internal software tooling.
Documentation writing and review.
