Department Overview Sales Operations Forecast & Planning team is a part of Sales organization and focuses on supporting sales people primarily with preparing their sales plan/forecast, verifying the results, and reporting/dashboards. Team works closely with various departments within Motorola to support sales in achieving their orders and sales goals. (Sales, Finance, Project, Supply chain, Strategy etc). Job Description Forecast and Planning analyst will be part of International Sales Operations team located in Krakow. You would be responsible for: Planning and forecasting processes within the EMEA, APAC & LATAM region running regular meetings with Sales leaders and team to review current and future opportunities Preparation of business results in close cooperation with the region’s distribution team, distribution controllers, sales directors, strategy, supply chain, and Finance Maintain and develop reporting tools for Orders and Sales and other business information support International Sales Operations team in preparation all quarterly forecasts, annual plan, Long range plan and regular outlooks Ad hoc planning and forecasting reporting Basic Requirements University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Extensive demonstrable experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or sales operations Job Requirements Technical Expertise Advanced Excel to develop complex financial models, maintain reporting tools, and analyze large datasets Excellent English command to effectively communicate and present business results to international stakeholders Professional Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business data and drive strategic sales planning Exceptional interpersonal communication to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and executive management under tight deadlines High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and long-range outlooks Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in an additional European language is highly advantageous We offer Flexible working hours Hybrid working mode Comfortable working conditions (high class offices, parking space) Competitive salary package ESPP - Motorola Solutions stock programme Employee Pension Plan (PPE) Private medical & dental coverage Life insurance Multisport or MyBenefit vouchers 1000 PLN for spectacles Training and broad development opportunities Access to wellness facilities and integration events Motorola Solutions is supporting CSR activities and encourages employees to participate Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan No Company Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
