Compensation: From $300,000 per year

🩺 Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnose endocrine disorders.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medications, hormone therapy, and lifestyle interventions.
• Monitor patients and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
• Educate patients and families regarding chronic endocrine conditions and disease management.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, surgeons, dietitians, nurses, and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and clinical documentation.
• Stay current with advances in endocrinology and emerging treatment options.
• Participate in clinical research and quality-improvement initiatives when available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical experience in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Active Arizona Medical License or IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• If Board Eligible, certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency.
• No minimum years of experience required
• Flu vaccination required, or medical/religious exemption accepted.
• J-1 and H-1 visa candidates accepted.
