This is a client-facing technical role connected to our Bornem Belgium site, offering the opportunity to support international customers while delivering high-quality technical expertise across EMEA, primarily focused on Eastern Europe countries Office-first roles This is a home office-first role. Travel (~50%) to customer locations across EMEA, specially focused on Eastern EU countries, to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration. Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations. Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams. What we are looking for: Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical environment or other regulated environments. Experience on capsule filling industry (nutra/pharma), especially focused on capsule filling machines technologies. Strong client-facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions. Fluency in English (written and spoken), and wished to add any Eastern country language (I.e.: Polish, Balkans, Romanian, Czech). Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
