This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI-focused data platform company building a state-of-the-art AI context platform.

We’re identifying a small number of exceptional engineering leads from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the leadership team.

Location: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY / hybrid, with 2 days in-office (Tuesdays / Thursdays)

Compensation: $221k–$295k base + competitive equity

Employment type: Full-time

About the role

You will lead the team responsible for the company's AI context platform, a central component that enhances user interaction with data. This involves driving technical strategy, reviewing designs, and contributing hands-on to the development process.

As a people manager, you will set high standards and empower your team to excel. You will also play a key role in recruiting top engineering talent.
