Engineering Manager - Robotics Systems

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for developing production-grade robotic systems.

• As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering robust robotics software and integrated systems.
• You will oversee engineering execution, mentor team members, coordinate technical direction, and ensure successful delivery of complex products from development through deployment.
• This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, people leadership, and execution excellence to build robotic solutions deployed in real-world operational environments.

Delivery Management:

• Own delivery of complex robotics software and system integration projects.
• Translate product strategy into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans.
• Manage priorities, schedules, technical risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status and technical trade-offs with stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Systems Integration:

• Lead integration of software, hardware, infrastructure, and testing components into complete robotic systems.
• Improve automation, validation pipelines, and release processes.
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and operational requirements before deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams responsible for complex software or robotic systems.
• Strong track record of delivering production-quality engineering projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Technical expertise in robotics software, distributed systems, autonomous systems, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience mentoring engineers and building healthy engineering organizations.
