🚀 Client Retention Specialist – Forex/CFD Sales

We’re looking for an experienced Client Retention Specialist to join a fast-growing global brokerage and manage high-value UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients.

* Drive client retention, reactivation, and repeat deposits.

* Manage client accounts and maximize lifetime value.

* Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets.

* Deliver an exceptional client experience in a high-performance environment.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in Forex/CFD client retention, or 3+ years in Forex/CFD conversion.

* Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets.

* Proven experience in client retention and deposit generation.

* Excellent English communication and closing skills.

* Target-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.

✅ Base Salary: €1700–€3,500/month
