As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and holistic nursing care.
You Will
- Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
- Support residents, patients, families, and carers through effective communication and education.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NSW Health standards and legislative requirements.
- Use resources effectively while delivering care that reflects NSW Health values, cultural respect, and Every Patient, Every Time

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, safe, and inclusive nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience in aged care and/or palliative care (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise care needs effectively.
- The ability to manage challenging situations professionally, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and contribute positively to team relationships.
