Working alongside a supportive team of health professionals, you will play an important role in enhancing the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life of our residents while supporting their families and carers through every stage of their healthcare journey.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and holistic nursing care.

You Will

  • Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
  • Support residents, patients, families, and carers through effective communication and education.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NSW Health standards and legislative requirements.
  • Use resources effectively while delivering care that reflects NSW Health values, cultural respect, and Every Patient, Every Time

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, safe, and inclusive nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in aged care and/or palliative care (highly desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise care needs effectively.
  • The ability to manage challenging situations professionally, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and contribute positively to team relationships.
