Role Overview: This is a full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) physician position focused on building and leading a comprehensive ENT practice in a regional community lacking local coverage.
Responsibilities: Establish a broad ENT service line serving a catchment area of approximately 70,000, including outpatient clinics, in-office procedures, and surgical cases. Cover general ENT, Otology, Rhinology, Laryngology, and Pediatric ENT, with support from dedicated staff and virtual scribes. Participate in shared clinic/OR scheduling, managing new and follow-up patients, and providing on-site call coverage for your own patients.
Qualifications & Skills: MD/DO, Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology, open to experienced physicians and new grads. Pediatrics fellowship preferred. Visa sponsorship available. Strong clinical skills, autonomy, and ability to shape a practice are valued.
