First enterprise sales seat at Humai. Large accounts, uncapped commission, a founder who sells with you, and a playbook that is yours to write.
About Humai
Humai builds AI you can vouch for. Founded in Dubai in 2025, we exist for one problem: companies have adopted AI but will not rely on it for work with consequences. Our answer is one accountability model across two products. Huscribe for what AI does: it checks agentic workflows against what their owner approved. Mairit for what AI produces: it puts a qualified, accountable name on the work.
Audited to SOC 2 Type II and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, both products in scope. Salesforce partner. Small team, founder-led, no layers.
The role
You are our first dedicated sales hire, and your focus is enterprise accounts. There is no pipeline waiting for you and no playbook to inherit. You build both, from cold, and you close what you build.
You sell Huscribe to large companies running AI agents on Salesforce, in the UAE and internationally, through outbound you run from Dubai. The buyers own the revenue number, the Salesforce org, or the security sign-off, and you will need all three. Mairit has its own sales motion. You own enterprise.
We are hiring for trajectory. If you have closed deals with more than one decision maker, built your own pipeline at least once, and want to run enterprise sales end to end without being managed, this is the seat.
On-site in Dubai. We sponsor the employment visa.
Why take this seat
- Pay. Uncapped commission on what you close, on top of a base salary. A UAE employment visa and medical insurance.
- The market. Enterprises are putting AI agents into production and need someone accountable for what those agents do. You sell into that as it forms, not after it is crowded.
- First seat. The account list, the playbook, the partner channel and the CRM are yours to design. This seat grows into the sales lead role as the team grows, and you get there by closing.
- Backing. A founder who sells alongside you, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 already in hand for security reviews, and a product team that changes what it builds based on what you hear.
- No layers. You bring the market's answer back and it changes what we do, in days.
What you'll do
- Build the enterprise pipeline from zero: pick the named accounts, map the buyers, write and run outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, book the meetings
- Run discovery and demos yourself. Qualify hard, multi-thread the account, run pilots that prove value, write proposals, negotiate, close, and hand off cleanly to delivery
- Learn the product well enough to demo to a Salesforce platform owner and make the case to a revenue leader
- Take accounts through security and procurement without losing momentum
- Recruit Salesforce implementation partners and give them what they need to bring us into their accounts
- Turn Salesforce ecosystem events into meetings, before and after
- Run growth experiments with our designer and marketer aimed at your target accounts: landing pages, content, sequences. Measure, keep what works, kill the rest
- Bring the market back to the product team: objections, pricing signals, what won and what lost
- Keep the CRM clean and report your numbers weekly
What good looks like after a year
- An enterprise pipeline you built from cold, not one you were handed
- Signed enterprise accounts, with a repeatable path from first meeting to signed order
- A written playbook: who buys, why, what they object to, what wins
- Salesforce partners bringing you into their accounts
- A CRM the founder can read on Monday morning and trust
What do you bring
- 3 to 6 years of quota-carrying B2B software sales, full cycle, with deals you closed yourself, including deals with more than one decision maker
- Outbound you designed and ran: lists, sequences, calls, meetings booked from cold, with the numbers to show for it
- You can learn a technical product and demo it alone, to the person who runs the system and the person who owns the number
- You have taken deals through security review and procurement and kept them moving
- Short, clear writing. Your emails get replies
- You are fine with a founder-led company where you write the rules you will later follow
- Based in the UAE or ready to move to Dubai
Nice to have
- Salesforce ecosystem: sold to Salesforce customers, or worked at a Salesforce ISV or implementation partner
- AI, automation or security products sold on proof: pilots or proofs of concept that became contracts
- Partner or channel sales
- First or early sales hire at a startup, or opened a new market
- International selling by phone and video from a hub
- Arabic, for UAE enterprise accounts
Not for you if
- You need a warm pipeline handed to you
- You want a one-call close with a single buyer
- You would rather manage than sell
- You cannot write a short email
How we hire
- Three conversations: a short intro call, a working session (a mock discovery call with a Salesforce platform owner, plus a one-page plan for breaking into an account you pick), and a final conversation with the founder. Apply on LinkedIn with a note on the hardest enterprise deal you closed.
