About the Company

Our client is a global automotive Tier-1 supplier specializing in critical Chassis and Body components for major automotive manufacturers.

Headquartered in Korea, the company operates facilities in Brazil, India, China, and the United States. The company has recently completed its second manufacturing plant in Dublin, Georgia, and is continuing to expand its U.S. operations.

The company is currently working with major global automotive manufacturers, including Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, Rivian, and Ford, and is expanding its operations to support new and ongoing projects.

We are seeking a motivated Korean Bilingual Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing U.S. manufacturing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates, 2026 graduates, international students, and OPT/STEM OPT candidates who are looking to begin and develop their engineering careers in the United States.

Position Information

Position: Entry-Level Korean Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Dublin, Georgia

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $58,000+, depending on qualifications and experience

Experience Level: Entry Level / Recent Graduate

Work Authorization: OPT / STEM OPT / CPT candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing and production operations
  • Assist with monitoring and improving manufacturing processes
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues
  • Support productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist with implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare engineering reports, production documentation, and data analysis
  • Support process monitoring and improvement activities
  • Assist with product and process improvement activities
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
  • Communicate and coordinate with Korean headquarters and U.S. manufacturing teams
  • Participate in engineering projects and other manufacturing improvement activities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 2026 graduates and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Relevant majors may include:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Materials Engineering
  • Metallurgical Engineering
  • Automotive Engineering
  • Chemistry
  • Other related engineering disciplines
  • Fluent Korean and English communication skills – Required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English in a professional work environment
  • Strong interest in manufacturing and engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and manufacturing systems
  • OPT / STEM OPT / CPT candidates are welcome to apply
  • No previous full-time engineering experience required

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

The following qualifications are helpful but are not required for entry-level candidates:

  • Internship, academic project, laboratory, or hands-on engineering experience
  • Basic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
  • Basic knowledge of quality control or process improvement
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
  • Previous automotive or manufacturing industry experience
  • Interest in learning new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job
  • Valid driver's license

Please note: Preferred qualifications are not required. Qualified entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not have prior automotive or manufacturing experience.

For eligible candidates, the company may provide E-2 visa support with 100% company-paid costs.

Future Green Card sponsorship support may also be available, subject to individual eligibility and company policy.

Candidates currently residing outside the United States may also apply if they meet the position requirements and require visa support.
