Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

Our client is a global leader in the food manufacturing industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and employee safety. As they continue to invest in their manufacturing operations, they are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead all aspects of safety and environmental compliance at one of their manufacturing facilities.
This position is based in Northwest Indiana. Our client is willing to provide relocation assistance for the right individual.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
✔ Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
✔ OSHA Certification
✔ 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing plant environment
✔ Previous direct people management experience (hiring, coaching, performance management)
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, risk reduction, and continuous improvement
