About the Opportunity
As the Estimating & Resourcing Lead, located in either Adelaide, SA or Henderson, WA, you will drive the development of cost estimates, bids and resource plans that support key Nuclear Capability and Development (NCD) programs and business decisions. You will lead estimating governance, resource and funding reconciliation, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver accurate, data-driven outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will also mentor and develop team capability, helping to strengthen business management practices and performance.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
