We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and have an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service skills. Requirements Minimum 2 years of residential appliance service field experience REQUIRED Refrigeration service experience EPA certification Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability and willingness to cross-train on additional appliance categories Computer literacy and ability to accurately document service calls Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, professional, and well-groomed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete required background, drug, and driving screenings Build a Career, Not Just Work a Job Appliance service is never routine. Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour We service major appliances and refrigeration in all of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
