What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As our Facilities Maintenance Manager , you will have complete localized ownership of a high-profile, 3-building Class A corporate campus . In this role, you will act as the premier Maintenance Director on-site, ensuring a "showroom-ready" environment for executive tours and VIPs . You will serve as a visionary Facilities Manager who identifies forward-thinking building solutions before they become reactive issues . Lead the Team: Provide strong technical guidance and leadership to a skilled internal crew of 12 trade professionals (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance) . Manage Infrastructure: Oversee heavy-duty critical power infrastructure, including backup generator systems, load-bank testing, evaporators, and basic MEP systems . Financial & Vendor Autonomy: Own the localized budget, procurement, and capital improvement proposals, identifying lifecycles of major assets and presenting data-driven solutions to executive leadership .
