Coordinate and monito r work packages to ensure timely delivery. Track action items and proactively follow up on pending tasks. Support room planning and implementation using internal company tools. Manage business travel arrangements, including bookings and expense reporting. Coordinate time management records and overtime requests. Provide backup support for other department assistants when required. Organize workshops, including venue selection, logistics, catering, equipment, and transportation. Serve as the department contact person for Occupational Health & Safety topics. Coordinate mandatory and specialized training activities. Prepare and distribute monthly KPI reports and performance metrics. What we’re looking for: Degree in Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Previous experience in office coordination, project support, executive assistance, or administrative management. B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
