$350k Base Salary (Negotiable DOE)
$40,000 Sign on Bonus
$20k Retention Bonus Years 2-5
$10,000 Relocation assistance

- 18 patients per day
- NO CALL
- Scribe available
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
  
  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
  - Open to New grads and or experienced
  - MD/DO
  - BE/BC
  - Will Sponsor J1
    
    COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
    - Northeast Iowa
    - Easy access to Waterloo and Mason City
    - Cedars International airport 2 hours away
    - Outdoor recreations along the Cedar River such as Kayaking, fishing, biking trails
