Primary Care Physician – Sacramento California

FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks experienced BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine physician
Base salary up to $275,000 plus sign on bonus

Must be able to see up to 3 patients per hour and be competent with in basket duties with admin time at the end of the day
EMR: EPIC
Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities
Serve a diverse, underserved population in a mission-driven community health setting
Opportunity to work in clinic and/or state-of-the-art mobile medicine program (Health on Wheels)
Established practice model with integrated support services and resource center
Multispecialty team includes behavioral health, care coordinators, and dental professionals
