As our Family Medicine Physician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and values-based patient care, crucial to shaping and executing our medical services. Your expertise will be instrumental in comprehensive health assessments, accurate diagnoses, and developing holistic management plans. Every day you will perform thorough general health histories and physical examinations, expertly interpreting diagnostic tests to identify deviations and inform clinical decisions. You'll develop and analyze differential diagnoses for a wide array of common primary care issues. Your daily responsibilities also include providing vital health promotion and disease prevention education, and seamlessly collaborating with other healthcare professionals to meet diverse patient needs.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or board eligible in Surgery from the American Board of Surgery
- Oregon medical license and DEA certificate
- Specialty training at an ACGME accredited facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
