Join a close-knit, rural, family-focused community with a friendly practice culture Established care team consisting of 1 physician and 2 APPs Expected volume of approximately 18–20 patients per day 36 hours of patient contact plus 4 hours of administrative time per week Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with providers Ambient AI for documentation and charting Flexibility for a 4 day work week Opportunity to join a growing primary care practice On-site role with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused primary care setting​ Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the community in an outpatient primary care setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical knowledge, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care to support positive patient outcomes. Promote high-quality, cost-effective care while participating in initiatives that enhance the patient experience and improve clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements. Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other members of the care team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. Support the continued growth of this primary care practice and contribute to the health and well-being of the local community. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
