Farm Nursery Technician, Livestock Swine Production

What You'll Do: As a Nursery Technician, you’ll be directly involved in nurturing our piglets and maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching environment. Your day-to-day will include: Caring for piglets by performing daily health and comfort checks. Creating a positive environment through attentive feeding, watering, and barn upkeep. Maintaining detailed records to track animal health and ensure top-quality care. Supporting animal movement and ensuring living spaces are safe, clean, and comfortable. Following animal welfare practices to ensure every piglet is treated with compassion and respect. What We’re Looking For: A High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a caring nature. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in barn environments. Willingness to work Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
