Field Coordinator / Site Administrator (Bilingual - Korean/English)

The Field Coordinator / Site Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Taylor, TX. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position serves as the operational and administrative hub for site-based projects. The role is responsible for supporting daily field operations, managing project documentation, tracking workforce attendance, assisting with material inventory, and acting as a vital communication bridge between field engineers, prime contractors (SECAI / Samsung C&T), and headquarters. Additional responsibilities include bilingual interpretation/translation, supporting visiting staff from Korea, and assisting with site-related administrative tasks and employee welfare logistics (housing and vehicle management).

• Site Administration & Documentation: Assist in managing, updating, and translating site documents (drawings, specifications, inspection records); organize and distribute site meeting minutes.
• Workforce & Logistics Coordination: Track attendance and timesheets for field personnel (foremen, technicians, inspectors); assist in verifying material/equipment delivery, tracking inventory, and managing site supplies and procurement.
• Bilingual Communication & Translation: Provide Korean-English translation and interpretation for field instructions, general meetings, and contract-related communications; serve as a point of contact for Samsung C&T / SECAI and client representatives.
• Administrative & Welfare Support: Assist headquarters visitors and expatriate personnel with on-site administrative needs; help coordinate employee housing and transportation logistics.

Required:

• Native-level fluency in Korean and professional business communication skills in English (verbal, reading, and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for record-keeping and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Taylor, TX (1530 FM 973) and adapt to active construction site environments.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in semiconductor FAB construction sites or Korean-American engineering/construction firms.
• 1+ years of experience in site coordination, field administration, or project support.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays during peak project phases when required.

• Location: 1530 FM 973, Taylor, Texas 76574 (On-site / Field Office)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break; 40 hours/week). Overtime may occur during peak project schedules.
• Environment: On-site construction environment requiring standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
