Candidates residing in Canada must be eligible to obtain and maintain TN visa status and be willing to relocate or work in the U.S. for a minimum of one year. PCL will provide support and assistance with the TN visa process for all eligible candidates. Coordinates inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities. Prepares quantity takeoffs. Assists in creating, implementing, and monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections, and identifying issues on-site and in work scopes. Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, attends daily safety meetings, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures. Assists the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes and billings and overseeing work by providing day-to-day direction. Assists with schedules and monitoring trade performance. Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders. Supports superintendent, project manager and project coordinator on self- perform scopes and workforce planning. (if applicable, for self-perform responsibility) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade or a related field. 2–3 years of progressive experience as field coordinator is preferred. Ability to understand and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures. Experience with a broad range of construction specifications, and methods and procedures (e.g., self-perform work, trade partners, work scopes, temporary work, and equipment). Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology. The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $89,000 , based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
