CFO supports the organisation through financial leadership, treasury management, balance sheet strategy and strong risk management discipline. THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE CFO / Treasury Markets is looking for a Treasury, Front Office professional based in London, to join the Asset Rotation team. You will support the delivery of asset rotation transactions across Synthetic Risk Transfers (SRTs) and asset sales, working across the transaction lifecycle from trade preparation and analysis through to execution and post-transaction activity. You will work closely with colleagues across Treasury and the wider organisation to support transactions that contribute to the management and optimisation of the Group's balance sheet, capital and risk. Technology and data are central to how the team is evolving. Alongside transaction delivery, you will support the transformation of the Asset Rotation operating model, using coding, data and automation to improve transaction analysis, execution processes, controls and management information. This is a Front Office Treasury role, combining transaction execution, financial and portfolio analysis, markets knowledge and technology. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Support the preparation and execution of asset rotation transactions, including Synthetic Risk Transfers and asset sales, from initial transaction preparation through execution and post-transaction activity. Undertake portfolio and transaction analysis to support asset selection, transaction structuring, pricing, execution and assessment of transaction economics. Support the preparation, validation and analysis of portfolio data required for transaction execution, due diligence, investor engagement and internal decision-making. Monitor relevant market developments, transaction activity, pricing and investor appetite, providing analysis to support transaction strategy and execution. Produce high-quality analysis and materials to support transaction decisions, governance forums and senior management reporting. Work closely with colleagues across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Legal, Capital Management, business areas and Operations to support the effective delivery of transactions. Support engagement with banks, investors and other external market participants as part of transaction preparation, marketing and execution. Develop and maintain analytical tools and processes using SaaS, Python and other relevant coding and data technologies to support portfolio analysis, transaction preparation, execution and monitoring. Ensure transaction activity is delivered in accordance with relevant governance, risk, control and regulatory requirements. As required, support wider Treasury & Markets activity through portfolio analysis, transaction support, governance materials and stakeholder coordination. Professional Experience Experience in Treasury, markets, structured finance, securitisation, balance sheet management or a related financial markets environment. (Required) Experience supporting financial transactions, including transaction preparation, financial or portfolio analysis, execution and post-transaction processes. (Required) Good understanding of financial markets, credit risk, capital and balance sheet management. (Required) Experience analysing financial and portfolio data to support transaction, risk or balance sheet decisions. (Required) Experience using coding and data analysis to solve financial or business problems, automate processes or develop analytical tools. (Required) Experience working with stakeholders across Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations or external market counterparties. (Required) Experience in transaction execution Experience producing high-quality analysis, reporting and governance materials within a controlled financial environment. (Required) Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, data science, risk, treasury, markets or a related discipline. (Preferred) Relevant professional qualification, regulatory certification or treasury, markets, risk, accounting, quantitative or securities-related credential. (Preferred) Ongoing compliance with any required role-specific regulatory assessment, certification, conduct or training requirements. Hard Skills Good understanding of financial markets Strong analytical capability, including the ability to analyse large financial and portfolio datasets and translate the results into transaction-relevant conclusions. (Required) Good understanding of financial modelling, transaction economics and the application of quantitative analysis to financial decision-making. (Required) Understanding of transaction execution processes, governance and controls within a Front Office or financial markets environment. (Required) Experience with data visualisation, workflow automation, databases, SQL or other relevant analytical technologies. (Preferred) Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex transaction, portfolio and quantitative analysis into clear, concise conclusions.
