💰 Up to $85,000 + 9% Bonus

We're partnering with a global industry-leading manufacturer to hire a Financial Analyst II to support production and manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing finance background who enjoys digging into costing, partnering with operations, and helping drive business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze production costs, standard costing, and manufacturing variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
• Partner with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting
• Build financial models and identify cost savings opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and provide analysis to leadership
• Support inventory accounting, ERP reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What They're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
