Role Description

The Financial Consultant (IANG Visa Welcome) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong. The individual will provide holistic financial advice to clients, including insurance, savings, and investment solutions aligned with their life goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analysis, preparing and presenting tailored financial plans, and advising on retirement and wealth management strategies. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and keeping clients informed of market developments and product updates. The Financial Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, adhere to compliance and regulatory standards, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design comprehensive, long-term solutions for clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge to recommend suitable products and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess client needs, and evaluate market trends.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, insurance or securities licenses) are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment; proficiency in English and Chinese is beneficial.
• Candidates with IANG visa status are welcome; prior experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is preferred but not mandatory.
