Financial Operations Lead — Prediction Markets Prime Brokerage San Francisco Bay Area (on-site) · USD 140,000–250,000 + 0.2%–0.5% equity About the client A well funded, early-stage (YC-backed) firm building the prime brokerage and execution layer for prediction markets — the infrastructure professional and institutional traders need to access, trade, and manage risk across major venues at scale. Founded by two quants out of HFT and hedge funds who traded prediction markets on the side, saw that institutional traders lacked a proper execution and financing layer, and built it. Today the firm is connected to three exchanges, runs six proprietary execution algorithms, and serves paying trading firms. Values: ownership, speed, precision, a high technical bar.
